Client Confidentiality & Conduct Agreement

The Lotus Collective operates as a private-client production firm. As such, all engagements are subject to the following standards:

Confidentiality

• All projects are protected under non-disclosure protocols
• Client identities, locations, and guest lists are never shared
• No photography, social posting, or publicity without written approval
• Vendors are compartmentalized and contractually bound

Controlled Production

• All staff and partners operate on a need-to-know basis
• Access points, schedules, and installations are restricted
• Floral, staging, and décor are installed under secure workflows

Client Conduct

To protect all parties:
• Client representatives must respect confidentiality procedures
• Unauthorized vendors or media are not permitted
• Any breach of privacy may result in termination of services
